New parts designed for compatibility, not copied from an OEM one. Every LTS Compatible carrier is built from the manufacturer's own published worktable geometry and open engineering standards, then gated and bench-measured before it ships.

Every LTS Compatible SKU moves through the same staged discipline, no shortcuts, before it's approved to sell.
Worktable geometry and grid pitch come from the manufacturer's own published operating/service manuals and open engineering standards, nothing traced from an OEM part.
Every carrier is a parametric CadQuery model with a dated independent-creation record, each dimension tagged to its source, never eyeballed.
Every model must pass a watertight-mesh check, a bounding-box + hole dimension check against spec, a wall-thickness floor, and a real slice before it's approved to print.
The first print is measured by hand against the spec before the SKU ships in PETG.
Every gate, source citation and design-out is recorded per SKU. Grades: LTS Compatible (new, designed for compatibility) · LTS Genuine (OEM surplus, inspected) · LTS Improved (compatible + corrected weakness).
LabTechSurplus is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tecan Group; Tecan is named for compatibility only.
