Labs keep instruments running for years after the manufacturer stops supporting them. Somewhere in that window, a $40 plastic carrier cracks, and the part that sidelines a $40,000 liquid handler is the cheapest thing on the deck.
I started LabTechSurplus because that gap shouldn't exist. We make the part from the manufacturer's own published standards and worktable geometry, plus bench measurements of the equipment it seats on, never by tracing or copying an OEM part.
Every unit we ship is documented: the source of every dimension, the gates it passed, and the lot it came from. If a lab needs a part we don't carry yet, tell us what broke, we'll often build it.
