Warranty, returns, non-affiliation, materials, and how we handle the information you send us.
Every LTS Compatible part carries a 30-day fit guarantee and a 12-month workmanship warranty. If a part doesn't seat on your worktable as specified, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. If a part fails from a manufacturing defect within 12 months of delivery, we'll replace it.
Dead-on-arrival or defective units are handled within 30 days of delivery. Replace, don't return: contact us through the custom-replacement form, describe the problem, and we ship a replacement rather than requiring the old part back first. LTS Genuine surplus units are sold as-graded once accepted; see the Genuine Surplus page for the as-is / DOA policy specific to surplus hardware.
LabTechSurplus is an independent aftermarket manufacturer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tecan Group or any other equipment manufacturer named on this site. Manufacturer names and part numbers appear solely to identify compatibility. No OEM logos or OEM product imagery are used anywhere on this site.
Production parts are printed in the USA from imported materials (PETG). PLA is used only for gated first-article fit checks and is never sold as a production part. Material declarations are available per SKU on request.
